I discovered blogging in 2010....yes, I know....but I was never a person who sat surfing the web until I was in a job where there was LOTS of down time.

 I never knew you all were out there! 

(normally I would say y'all, but just in case y'all don't know what y'all means)

I initially started a blog because I wanted to find a creative outlet for writing and sharing the things I loved to do.....

especially how I decorated on  a dime. 

I have loved so much being able to write every day and the pressure of needing to post has actually been a good thing for me. 

I struggle with raising these five kids at my age and now that I have some rebellious teens, 

it leads me into a path of worry, upsetment, discouragement and doubt, more often than I want.

So literally....I'm not being dramatic....this blog has saved me....really. 

I don't mean literally saved me.....those who read regularly know of my faith, but I mean that in the sense of my daily equilibrium. 

I get an opportunity to share my creations, share my faith, see other's creations, make friends (modern pen pals). 

It pushes me to do projects, keep my house nicer (all those pics....yikes), takes my mind off the daily trials, 

makes me thankful when I read what others are experiencing, gives me an opportunity to minister to those who are troubled.....

I could go on and on....

So I love you all! and want to THANK YOU so much for your following!

 It is nice to know there is someone out there and when I get comments it really lifts my spirits!
